About Kelly
I’ve been in sales in one form or another for my whole life. Even though most kids when asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” will say something like teacher, astronaut, or movie star, I always had more of an entrepreneurial spirit.
I started selling at the age of 4, when I tried to get my neighbors to buy random things out of my family’s home. I would take something, knock on their doors and ask them to buy it.
I thought I was a door-to-door sales person… my mother was horrified when she found out!
But then I went on to win grade school contests (like who can sell the most raffle tickets and things like that), and even sold advertising for my high school newspaper. Later I was part of the University of Cincinnati’s co-op program before landing my first full-time position in sales and going on to earn my M.B.A in Marketing.
With more than 30 years of experience, my passion for connecting buyers and sellers has helped numerous companies—ranging from scrappy start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises—grow their brands and generate new leads.
Using marketing channels like print, online advertising, direct mail, social media, and events—both in-person and virtual—along with smart negotiation, I have supported B2B media companies and brands in achieving repeated and sustained YOY sales growth and substantial cost savings. My expertise in scaling an organization from start-up, through fast growth, to exit via acquisition will save your business time, energy, and resources so that you can focus on doing what you do best—serving your customers well and providing top-of-the-line content, products, and services.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me with my family on the lake boating, hiking, or getting my creative juices flowing by doing something that scares me a bit and gets me outside of my comfort zone.

Once you are officially on board with The Revenue Engine Group, we’ll have a three-part process to execute the strategies most beneficial to bringing your business to the next level and increasing your revenue and profitability.
1 - The Discovery Phase
After our initial consultations, we will meet with your team to learn more about your business, its mission, and specific needs for scaling and growth. During this phase, we’ll begin developing strategies and plans that are best suited for your company.
2 - The Work/Project Phase
Our teams will work together to execute the strategies developed in the Discovery Phase. This phase will get your business face time with buyers, develop new leads and connections, and generate revenue to get you 10 steps ahead. We do the work for you — and don’t just tell you how.
3 - The Follow Up Phase
Our time together doesn’t end with the execution of your event or strategy! We would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t have regular check-ins where we can talk about successes, areas for improvement, and next steps for your brand.
